We, at Santro Tiles Ltd., maintain the highest standards of quality at
every stage of our process to ensure smooth and defect free production.
A well defined quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2000
and other standardized norms is followed right from the stage of
selecting the raw materials to the dispatch of finished products. A
team of experts monitors the complete process right from the moment the
stones are quarried to the final stage of packaging. Suitable methods like Statistical
Process Control (SPC), Petrol Inspection, etc. are employed in the
process to maintain the quality during the production process. All the products
are checked for their strength, luster and hardness and only the best
are chosen for processing. Only inspected and approved products are
allowed to move to the market, thus leaving no space for consumer
grievances.
Infrastructure
Our
unit is outfitted with all kinds of manufacturing facilities to manufacture
high quality product under one roof. We are empowered with a fully
automatic ultra modern computerized plant imported form Italy (Sacmi
company). Further, our fully computerized plant & office
administration provide a boost along with a customer focus approach to
marketing. We possess Ball Mills, Heavy Duty Presses, Fully Automatic
Roller Kiln with control environment and all other requisite machines
to carry out every task perfectly.
